See this thread:

Now...I was under the impression that Juche was placing the military first and being nationally self sufficient. It places the people first...but under a great leader and divided into classes. Its almost religiously seculier.

I am not even sure if this should be considered a revolutionary tendency because I think its more akin to social corporatism than anything else. But ok...hell...whatever.

But HOW can somebody apply this idea to Anarchism?

I do not see how this could work. Can anybody explain the idea to me?

Take a step back and think about how serious people may or may not be in that thread.

I thought that was a joke tendency, but on RevLeft, you never know for sure...

Um yeah, it didn't make sense to me either and judging by the people who "support" it, they're joking.

Its the same thing as Anarcho-Gueveraism, Anarcho-Fascism(although it has excisted), etc.
Just a joke, nothing more. And the admins/modders dont like those jokes. :(

I've always been interested in anarcho-trotskyist-stalinism.

FYI, you don't get anarcho-props for dissing the mods.

Q and myself brought up "anacho-juchism". It was meant as a joke and a mild spoof on the endless tendency wars stuff.

Oh, yeah! Anarcho-Juche. Very powerful movement in German-speaking countries prior to WWI. Envision a bunch of lederhosen-clad boys and dirndl-clad girls running up mountains and shouting "Juche! Juche!" (pronounced "Yoo-kay!") when they reached the top. Walter Benjamin was briefly involved.

(Do I get a prize?)
