I would be sushi
Fresh, tasty, but mostly raw.

¿Que?

I'd be flan. Because it looks gross, and the texture is kind of odd, but add some dulce de leche and it's quite delicious. Also, Americans tend not to like it.

I'd be either a chipotle pepper or a habanero, I can't say why for reasons of self respect.

So I can make people not eat me.

Don't be Balut in the Philippines, then. Or anywhere else in Southeast Asia.

I'd be a doner kebab because I generally like spending my time in the company of drunks.

Probably mole negro, because it's complex, a little sweet, a little bitter, and kinda spicy as well.

I'd be a Soljanka!

What's in this anyway? Looks a lot like caldo tlapeño.

Hmh,it is similar.
It's a Russian spicy soup,it can be with mushrooms, meat or fish, and its known to be great in the winter.A lot of people also like vegetable Soljanka, although i prefer the meat Soljanka. The fish version is not bad either.
It's a dish known in many East-Europe countries, some people like a bit of alcohol with it,to additionally warm up.:o

Jellied eels, spotted dick or honey locusts because no one eats them anymore... I've never had honeyed locust but I assure you the other two are still eaten widely (spotted dick probably moreso than jellied eels) - I enjoy both, though not at the same time.

Ah That sounds like pretty decent shit. Much better than borscht, or it's Polish variant barszcz which I've also had, that I thought was downright awful.

I'm just learning this. They say that they don't like the texture. I think it's the bast part. I like how I can chew it with my tongue.

Anyway, I would be the banana in your pocket.

I'd be something uneatable and poisonous that only some weird suicide cultist would eat, and I'd try to avoid their restaurants.

I don't know that fugu or cobra heart would qualify as fully inedible or cultist, but they're damned dangerous. Was that what you had in mind?

After a long deliberation, I've come to the conclusion of what food I'd want to be. And that choice woul be the only known food that could bite back. (Before and after)

BUSH MEAT!!!!!

Those were quite tame for what I had in mind (especially fugu which is usually safe when served in restaurants or bought in shops); I was thinking of something along the lines of inedible fungus soup washed down with a vodka-phenobarbital cocktail!

The best thing to fo with a flan is to eat it at once, no spoon!
