The article and footage is in Spanish, but the text can obviously be translated. The video discusses the local participation and public expectations for reform within Cuba. Also on the side is footage from Bolivia and the negotiations taking place between strikers and local leaders, which seem to have concluded with a salary raise for the workers who had protested.

For those who don't know, TeleSUR is a media corporation funded largely by the Bolivarian states, Brazil, and Cuba, said to have been established in order to provide information flows not dominated by United States investment in media.

It appears, according to the article, that most Cubans are in support of the reforms. That the most needy of Cubans realize how they'll benefit them overall. I also like where they talk of combating against capitalism through ethical and moral grounds as well. :thumbup1:
