I love that right after he says "I apologise, that was most unparlimentary language," "That was most unparlimentary language" that was beautiful..
Heres from the House of representatives in the US, probably my favorate congressman Mr. Weiner.

Well it was wasn't Parliament or Congress, but Khrushchev's shoe-banging incident at the UN must qualify. Sorry, no video.

I can't find the balck and white picture of a bunch of farmers with their guns, but the seizure of the Kansas legislature by the populists in the 1890s has always been one of my favorite moments. Like Wisconsin recently, largeley because it was a moment in which the many people, in this case the Populists, realized they were getting fucked and did something drastic.

This man is Labordeta, a antifranquist singer. He became a memeber of Congress something like 10 years ago. He was part of the Xunta Aragonesista, a social-democrat aragone sovereigntist party.
Transcript of what he sais:
[he was speaking about something, but the conservatives interrupt him]
I'm calm. But man, I'm calm. But none can talk calmly here or what? Fuck, now one can speak here, fuck, go to hell. I'm speakin with the minister and no with you. I'm speaking with the minister and no with you. You are used to speak always because here you have controlled the power all you life. And now anoys you, that the peoples that have been tortured by the dictatorship, can come here to talk. That's what screws you, fuck, and it is true, fuck. Fuck Off.
