I'm sort of related to the Richardsons (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Richardson_Gang) but it's a tenuous link through my dads second marriage. Also knew two guys one of whom worked for the Richardsons and was the guy who didn't burn down the cottage the great train robbers used as a hideout after the robbery, the reason for this was that he had just had a kid and was nicked that weekend for breaking into mothercare. This is what lead to the gang getting caught :p

Also my dad used to work at one of Bekir Arifs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arifs_%28gang%29) fronts and I used to call him "Uncle Bek" when I was a kid.
