Banned?

I noticed someone called Nagasaki has the words Banned where mine says Restricted.....what's the diffrence? Am I at the lowest level of the Gulag, or in the middle.....how does this system work?

Well actually, I don't really know you so I can't say. The majority of cappies we get in here are either complete idiots who have no concept of Captialism OR Communism, or we get the somewhat informed guy who is a total smug asshole.

Like I said, I don't know you, but it's doubtful that they would allow a cappie mod.

Well it is up to them, they are the rulers of this board. Well I never said and never will say that communism is bad like some morons that I have seen around here. The disadvantages for me outweigh the advantages. And I will not kill every commy around, like some people around here would love to do with people who have a diff political view ;)
