That actually wasn't a single take, but about 2-3 takes spliced together at certain points. The part where he just enters that bus around the time blood splatters on the camera has a cut, I think.

paul bettany's scream when he's in the car with that black dude is one of the few scenes (outside of a straight horror film) that have ever made me actually jump.
