I play golf.
Got a set kinda by accident and started playing with some friends in parks, parking lots and empty buildings
Long ago I could drive a ball 220 yards, straight down the fairway...
In any case: if some people in the socialist future want to play real golf, I don't see why they couldn't obliged -- but private courses and all that class stuff couldn't be allowed to exist. You'd carry your own bags fershure, at the very least. And AFAIC: most courses which exist today will either go back to their former use or be put back to nature -- or turned into parks, etc. This is one of those subjects actually up for much detailed discussion, later... but it's not more important than the Revolution right now, however fun it would be.
However we can discuss it to our hearts-content right here. Why not?

I've seen decent in-house golf simulation facilities with projector screens and stuff (no, they're not video games, though the golf ball is in the CGI simulation). You don't have to ride a golf cart at all. I prefer that these replace the bourgeois opulence wholesale. :)

lmao :-)
I worked as a green keeper on a golf course when I was 14. We were allowed to play after hours and got some lessons from a golf pro.
At first we learned to hit the ball in the driving range. And after a few weeks we were allowed on the practice range. After we learned not to fuck up the grass too much we were allowed to play the 9 hole course we had. It was a lot of fun.
Green keepers are basically grass nazi's. We had uniforms and we got really upset when there was something wrong with the grass...or if foreign plants crept onto the green. Those we had to ruthlessly weed out as soon as possible because, as we were told, other cultures would ruin the excellent composition of the fairways and greens. We also waged perpetual wars on mole-people and the rabbit nations. When they were caught they were gathered in an enclosure behind our HQ and every week a special team would come in and anihilate them. It was all very secretive because they didn't want to upset the members. We also had morning execution squats. We were handed guns and we were told to rid the driving range of the ugly rabbit investation. They said because the rabbits spread an ugly disease, but in our hearts we knew....
Buy I just couldn't. So I got demoted to driving ranger. It was basically my job to ride around in the cart while members were practicing their swings to pick up and gather all the balls.
I was still allowed to play the course though. And I admit...it was fun...We all had a golfcart and we would go out an play the course.
....untill we got drunk and used the golfcarts to play golfcart polo on the green. Then we were all fired. Golfers have no sense of humor.

strangly enough the cops pretty fastly picked up what we where up to from the moment we started to transport our crowbars in golfbags towards squat-actions.
maybe had something to do that the only thing more standing out on an sunday afternoon than an crusty squatter is an crusty squatter with an golfbag...

oh, and you clearly should read up on your dutch weapons laws:
(in short, anything which could be used as an weapon and considering the situation is probably intended as an weapon is actually an weapon and banned)
so yeah, glofclubs on an radical demonstration are very illegal, at least in the netherlands they are
