I'm really fucking high right now and I just read the Wikipedia page on the movie Antichrist. After I was done reading I think I was literally about to have a heart attack.

One of the greatest movies I have ever seen! Highly recommended, high or sober.

I think I may have almost puked as well. It's not even so much the gore or the superficial violence, it's the emotional depth it takes. And I've only read a brief Wikipedia article on it.

I thought it was a pretty good movie. The creepiness has been over-hyped, though.

Some of it's nicely filmed. The ending felt really contrived and just there for controversy/shock value, though. The film had obvious psychosexual undertones throughout, but the ending was really over-the-top, considering what came before it, in my opinion.

I watched the opening scene and thought I don't really want to continue, so I turned it off.

I always understood Marxist-Leninists to be a stern, puritanical sort, but I come here and find out that you're drinking and smoking with the rest of us. Set my poor noggin spinning, so it did! ;)

This, definitely watch this.
Also, I was a little turned off to watching Antichrist because of a certain scene involving involuntary masturbation, added with blood. But seeing the reply's to this, I might have to check it out.

RBR! is a goodie. Cheryl Lyone looks like she was ripped right out of a 70's thriller/exploitation film. They really did a good job casting her. Good homage film all around.
It's nothing at all like Antichrist, though.

haha yeah it is nothing like Antichrist, but I get the same feeling of oh fucking shit when I watch it. I think that's what I like about these kinds of movies. It's that I like how they actually show you how it would happen without cut scenes.

It was a great "head-screwing" movie, but I definitely have to see it again soon.
