I'm looking for some modern R&B that's actually good. Like Frank Ocean or The Weeknd.
Not neo-Soul, I know plenty of neo-soul that I like. Neo-R&B.
Some examples of good neo-R&B:

The new Raphael Saadiq album is excellent.

What's neo R&B? Modern R&B that doesn't suck?
Any more specific?
I thought Rafael Saadiq was more like neo soul. At least considered as such since his music has a vintage R&B sound, as well.
Miguel's "All I want is you" is nice but it's probably already too mainstream?
How about Adriana Evans or Goapele...come also to my mind. They would be neosoul already, right?

Maybe some Amel Larrieux; but she generally sounds more jazzy:

I'm not sure what you are exactly looking for, still hope there's something for you.

Neo R&B is just modern R&B. I'm looking for R&B artists like the ones I posted. Good R&B with a hint of kinda left-fieldness.
How To Dress Well is the best suggestion in this thread so far.

Maybe you like James Blake, a little experimental, then again it's not RnB but Dubstep.
