"The information that he was prosecuted for was uploaded to his website by another person entirely. Sherman Austin believes in freedom of speech, and he was letting other excersize that right on his site. What the person uploaded is supposedly illegal to display on a website. (Instructions on how to make a molotov cocktail I believe it was).
"Yet, THERE ARE 100's of websites that display this VERY SAME information. (I don't see any of these NAZI sites with weapon/bomb making info being punished!) It is my belief, and the belief of 1000's of other freedom-loving individuals, that Sherman Austin is just a pawn, an example, of our system cracking down on someone that wants a better system. He is a revolutionary. Don't let him lose a year of his life (plus probation!) due to a harsh, and un-warrented punishment. You have rights! Freedom of speech must be protected! Speak up!"
