Lots of people say they are communists, but most fall into the social democrat sphere. They are no more of a communist then let's say FDR. So how do you know if you are truly red? Well, in my opinion, someone who is red will do ANYTHING for the cause. I mean anything. Here's an example: If Che came back to life and asked you to drop your pants so he could fuck you in the ass, would you do it? If you said no, then you truly aren't a red. You are nothing more than a filthy social democrat who is even more lothesome than your average republican. Me? I'd spread my cheeks nice and wide and let him have at it. After all, if my leader needs to use my body to let off a little stress, then I'm willing to make the sacrifice. That's communism! :o

The struggle for proletarian revolution does not "depend" on the blind and unconditional "dedication" of individual communists. That&#39;s a bourgeois myth.

Beyond that, the whole point of being a conscious communist is the willingness to think political matters through for oneself, to be able to tell the real political nature of a proposal and whether or not it truly favors "the cause"...and if it does not, to instantly reject it.

If someone tells you to eat shit "in the name of the revolution", the proper communist response is to throw it back in their face&#33;

Among other benefits--not eating shit--this response would greatly shorten the political careers of many "revolutionary" charlatans.

A communist is someone who supports the end goal of communism, as described by Karl Marx. So, thinks its achievable, and the correct economic situation to strive for. Though often people who support a specific methodology of achiving communism will think that only they are truly communist. I dont really know why, maybe to try and discredit a person instead of actually responding to what they say. But its incorrect to think that because a person doesnt support the same way of achieving communism as you, then they are not communist, and are counter-revolutionary.
