Disease primarily affects those who do not have the resource to fight it, right? What to the "underdogs" of capitalism have in common? That's right - lack of resources to fight a concerted and efficient eradication campaign of the likes we see in the West.

This is absolutely elementary - it is a bit like saying: "Look at who dies of thirst - it is the desert people - because everyoen hates them!!". No, dude, they die of thirst because they are vulnerable. WHY they are vulnerable is a totally seperate issue - and that is the real crime here. No cospiracy or high-tech disease engineering is needed if you marginalize a group and take away it's ecomonic opportunities.

It is always just a matter of time before a natural disaster strikes any given group of people - it devastates those who have been deprived of the resources to protect themselves and spares the rest.
