Great! It's a Northumbrian folksong of unknown age (the current form is from early last century or late in the century before that) and the locations Seghill and Delaval (correctly Seaton Delaval) are real places.

The song has been considered controversial in the latter half of the 20th Century for obvious reasons.

The song is one of the things that I am proud of Northumberland for producing.
