how would this work???

while i think the idea of anarchism is beautiful, i am wondering how services would be maintained? who will build our roads (i dont drive, so i'm not to worried), who will see water and electricity come to my home? and how will this be paid for? i assume that we dont pay taxes under this system -so who funds these things?
