Being a student learning the Korean language I was wondering about the various leftist groups in the ROK. I've always assumed it has been real tough for the left to organize due to the extreme censorship and laws against the left in the country. Since hearing about the Left Communists getting targeted by the government I've been wanting to learn more. Thanks.

I just know that the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) seems to be one of the more radical unions in the world http://kctu.org/? . And when it comes to protest they seem to play in a whole different level.
