US Friends of the Soviet People is a national non-partisan organization based in New York
City, with branches around the country, created to do educational work and
support anti-imperialist forces around the world, especially those in the
former Socialist Bloc seeking to turn back the counterrevolutions in their
countries. The Soviet Film Project is digitizing 300 English-subbed Soviet
films. USFSP participates in international conferences and is part of the
Toronto-based International Council for Friendship and Solidarity with the
