Can't Find Info

I've searched the net up and down and im coming up empty handed.

Im looking for requirments to run for local government in my home county (Allegheny) or city (Pittsburgh) in Pennsylvania USA as a Socialist.

If anyone has the slightest idea where i could find such info it would be much appriciated.

im actually intrested in the requirments for several offices so id have time to research each, from my local township council, city council, and mayor

All I can suggest is to conact the city council etc...
Contact some political parties, even though you won't be running with them
