It depends on the context. Rational, thoughtful criticism of Zionism and Israeli policy isn't racist, but an irrational belief in an all-powerful global Zionist conspiracy is racist. Like, if I said "Zionists are wrong to think you can take land from Palestinian sovereign territory for settlements," that would be rational and more than fair criticism of Zionism. Anyone who says that is racist is wrong. But if you said "September 11th was engineered by Zionist conspirators," that does imply racism.

Of course 9-11 was an inside job not specifically done by zionists, but by CIA, elements of the Mossad. But i don't think that saying that 9-11 was done by zionists is racist. I thought that being racist against Israelis jews, meant hating all Israeli jews for their skin color, and their physical traits. That's like hating Obama for his corporate imperialist policies. If you hate Obama for being a corrupt crook you are not a racist. But if you hate Obama because of his skin color then you are being anti-black people racist.

I think the fact that you reflexively blame Mossad without any evidence is not something in your favor on this point. This isn't saying Mossad is a force for good in the world, by no means, of course, just that they aren't all powerful and that they don't really run the world. Even if you yourself are not antisemitic, you may be basing your beliefs on the arguments of antisemite conspiracy theories.

If you had actual evidence, that would be another matter.
