I was actually naive enough to think the US would stay out of Libya.:(

Yeah, seriously, where's Obama's second Nobel Peace Prize? He's due for another one.

So is Operation Save the Oil on Visa or Mastercard? We already tapped out the home equity line of credit in Iraq

It's more like Operation Occupy Africa.

I suppose the war machine needs fresh blood. It's been 8 years since it had it.

Obama is a big disappointment to Black America. Anyway, civilian casualties from the Western crusade is already mounting in Libya. Despite this assault somehow Qaddafi will surprise all of us.

I expect more private mercenary forces in Libya than in Iraq and Afghanistan. And that's saying something...
This will be financed by the extended tax cuts and social spending cuts that are being made/have been made. More money for the private mercenary companies via tax cuts, more money for the state via social spending cuts.
When all that runs out, even more austerity will come.

Didn't you get the memo? The US working class will be paying for it VIA draconian structural adjustments. There will be "terrorist" attacks on the US and other western nations as a result. Not something I want to see but certain elements of the ruling class in the overall middle east will not like this. This is all bullshit.

I'm so surprised that I am speechless!
*sarcasm*
(The U.S ruling class is attracted to war in the same way a fly is drawn to a corpse; it continuously needs conflict to survive, otherwise would be overthrown by the workers)
