Indian Communist parties-Maoists+MLs-will they be able to work together?

Say the Maoists manage to win as the Nepali Maoists did. Would they work with the "Legal" Communist parties which they are currently in a violent struggle with in parts of Bangladesh? Likewise, would the "Legal" Communists bother to work with them?

I think it's too early to tell, but in Kolkata state they did sack the revisionist/reformist CP's party offices because it was used for coordinating oppression together with the police and the tax assessor.

Correction: Kolkata isn't a state, it's the capital of the state of West Bengal. And by legal parties, if that meant totally parliamentary parties like CPI(Marxist), CPI, RSP, Forward Block and such parties, I think the answer is NO. These parties are now supporter of operation green hunt and is hated by most of the workers and peasants.
