So November 17 are probably finished. Do you believe that their style of urban guerrilla warfare is terrorist or justifyable. There's sure to be further urban guerrilla groups but will you support leftists who's action's immediate result is not clear. Is the death too much? Does it help to bring Marxism back into the headlines? You tell me. ;)

I feel we need to support our comrades taking direct action against the capitialist. The November 17 group if I remember correctly tried to minimize citvilin death at all costs. They only struck out against army/government targets. That's justifibly in my mind. While labeled as terrorist, they are truly guerillas, and heros.

Bringing Marxism back into the headlines will not only gander us more support, but will also let the capitialist know that Marxism will never ever die. The struggle will only move on.

whats november v17th?i'm not to familiar with any guerilla groups other then the shining path.

Novemeber 17 were (or are) a greek marxist guerilla group who have organised many attacks against business and american military targets.

they were formed in the 70's after a student demonstration which led to several deaths.

many members werre rounded up last year.

Hmm. I do support them as comrades. The question is will the people generally? If there is going to be little reward from the public in their support, then is it moral to kill military/capitalist targets just as a warning that Marxism is alive and kicking?

Perhaps they're Guevarists in that they believe a small guerrilla army may be able to incite revolution amongst the masses?

the N17 group were group of brave terrorists, who decided individual terror was better than mass action...

Poll. And yes. N17 was a pretty good group, in my opinion. Of course, they were labeled as terrorists, but I don't recall them ever killing civilians. They would occasionally assassinate government officials, which is fair game, by the western rules of warfare. I think they could have done better, but after their first crime, they were basically on the government list. I assume that afterwards, they felt as though they had no choice but to continute their actions.
