There is 5 people that live with me on this 22 acre lot, in a 9000 square foot, house, and a pool in the backyard. What do you think would happen if it was in an Anarcho-Syndicalist community? would it all be seized?

Presumably some system of equitable and socialist distribution of accomodation and dwelling would be worked out. Presumably the local union could offer you a chance to collectivize your mini-mansion into a resort home for workers that you tended to, or permitted other workers to move in, etc.

It depends on who owns the property. They may choose to call the police on you and you could get arrested. Or they may leave you alone if they don't care that much about it. I know a few people that have squatted in places for at most a few weeks, but usually for no more than a few days.

I'm sure it still depends on who actually owns the property, though.

What local union? we are talking about a 9000 square foot house, why would local unions care, it would be beyond their jurisdiction? It would have to come down to the community council, and it would depend on the productive wants of society as expressed through community council.
