I'll be there for David McNally. And to look at books, of course. Hopefully PM will roll out some new releases for the fair like they did last year.

It sucks none of us California RevLefters could have gotten together.

Did anyone pick up any cool books or anything this year? I bought a really pretty copy of "At Daggers Drawn" from Eberhardt Press, a book about the Italian Communist Left between 1926 and 1945 by the ICC, Trade Unions Against the Working Class by the ICC, The ICC's thing on the Decadence of Capitalism, and I got the Murdering the Dead book by Antagonism press.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it this year (or table like I did in the past) - how was it?

Wish I could've gone - I only live 2 or so hours out of the Bay Area. :(

I just thumbed through some of the books, checking them out. Didn't get anything, just listened and looked around.

Was fun though, both days were.

ARRRRRRRRRRRGHHHHH! Two years in a row, I find out about it a week late! And I was even down there on Sunday!

Best thing ever was living in the city and opening my pad up as a crashpad for a crew out of Arizona. They showed me that tts not enough to just go and look through books, You should hang out, go to the events, go to the east bay after parties at at Gilman and assorted squats and community centers. More awesome ideas and connections made in a weekend than I've sometimes had in six months.

Homes not Jails did provide lots of squat housing for people did an open occupation of a huge Keiser permanente-owned building, which was being cleared out this morning by police. I helped occupy the building last night, wish y'all could have made it.

Book fair was awesome, I had a good time tabling and helping promoting FnB, getting people signed up for their local chapter. I didn't have any money on my so no books, not that my studio has any more room. SF FnB shared food on book days... i saw some people i hadn't seen for a while.
