I'm high and while looking through thread about Wisconsin about being a Marxist, because I'm actually starting to think there is hope and class consciousness gaining momentum again. This is the most optimistic I've ever been before so maybe I'm juts high.

You're right- but enjoy the high.

I fell from the stairs today and I finally saw the purpose of life.

Everyone I know is telling me that they're starting to get worried because I've been high two weeks in a row. Should I be worried?

Two weeks in a row? Do you mean you've been high for two weeks solid, or just got high twice in two weeks.
Trust me, no need to be worried unless your recreation interferes with other things you need or want to be doing. I didn't think people could be addicted to pot, but years ago I had a roommate who dropped out of school so he could buy weed with his student loan money - he ended up smoking $1200 dollars worth of weed in a week one time (he didn't have to go to class and didn't work, but I have no idea how he still accomplished that while also having time to sleep and eat). That's a problem.

To answer your question, I've been high everyday for the past two weeks. In regards to your friend, that deserves an achievement.

How is that even possible?!
I mean, you can only smoke so much until you reach a "plateau" with your high (like any drug really). That just seems like an incredible waste.

Yeah I would actually hate being that high. I would also hate being constantly high because then the altered reality just becomes...reality.

I was at Kohl's with my sister while high staring at a big poster of Vanessa Hudgens and had a semi-epiphany. Celebrities have cult of personalities in the same exact way dictators do, imagine if those poster of Vanessa Hudgens were replaced with ones of Kim Jong-il. I started feeling like I was in 1984 at that point which felt cool.

That realization would have ruined my high and left me paranoid. xP

Well around that time he claimed he actually couldn't get high anymore. He was already a heavy heavy user (and also he had a lot of help going through that - he had people over every night for like a week) and basically had dropped out of school and had nothing else to do. He then promptly moved out at the end of the month and left us having to pay his share of the rent for the following month.
I think he had a legit addiction like an alcoholic. Until then I didn't think it was possible for someone to actually have some kind of real dependence, but I guess for some small percentage of people they do get more hook than habit. When I was living with him, I'd go through periods of heavy use, but then it's like when you run out it's like with Halloween candy as a kid, you're bummed for ten minutes and then you watch some cartoons. When he ran out though, he'd get panicky and nauseous and unable to sleep. I don't know if it's just psychological or some kind of real physical thing, but it was real enough for him either way.

I've just gotten used to my paranoia when high and enjoy it while it lasts.
