http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/03/09/farmworker-death-in-vineyard_n_833772.html,
Thats how much an immigtrant worker and her unborn child is worth, work her to death, some community service.
She was going to get married too, her fiance just saved up for a silver ring. His future wife then dies because 2 farm contractors wanted more out of this pregnant girl in the heat.
Hey right wingers, perfectly fine right, she VOLUNTARILY agreed to risk her life (and give it) and her unborn child for probably less than $50 a day.
This is Capitalism.

Don't mean to sound unfeeling, but what exactly are you proposing? Are you saying a crime must be dealt with punishment? Isn't that barbaric?

The question is, what the fuck are YOU talking about? Nowhere in Gackys OP did he say anything about punishment. So first it's a straw man.
Second, how do you propose to deal with crime? Any action taken to make the criminal "pay" for his crime will be a punishment. Either crimes are punished, or there's no such thing as crime.
So... incoherent straw man..... what would you like answered?

Then what do you propose? If crime isn't punished, then it's not actually crime, is it? Even exile/shunning is "punishment." You can't just say "I oppose punishment" without offering some kind of solution that is not just a regurgitation of punishment.
What, do you propose we reward crime?

Learn to read, I'm saying the SYSTEM is wrong for allowing this sort of thing to happen.
This is a crime in which someone with an unborn child died, what would you think would be the crime if a poor black person accidently killed a pregant white woman while commiting a crime?
I'm proposing that we fight for immigrant workers rights and right to organize and fight against the system that not only allows this sort of thing, but basically rewards it.

I was mistaking the word "punishment" for retribution. My b.
