21st Centure Slaves (http://magma.nationalgeographic.com/ngm/0309/feature1/index.html)
This article surprised me somewhat. I knew that many people in the world today work under unbearable conditions and that soem are even used as slaves, but what I read in this article is far more than what I imagined. If you actualy buy the magazine, there some pretty astonishing pictures with even more astonishing captions of the horrors that some of these peopel endure. I blame capitalism 100% for these barbaric acts against humanity. You capitalists claim that communism is a foundationless movement because workers have already aquired the adequate working conditions that Marx, Engels, and Lenin fought to achieve through revolution. So how do you explain this, eh? These people are slaves. But they are not the only ones, wage labour is also slavery, because the wage-earners receive only the bare minimum required to live and support a family, if even that. While, in unison, the labor of thousands, provides the profits of an oppressive elitist few. The bourgeoisie, those who you maintain in power by cooperating within their system of oppression and exploitation. ...but i'm getting off track here, aren't I?
I wish a capitalist could respond to this, unfortunately they've all been banned or have left. :(
