Post some of the most IRRITATING arguments you've heard against Anarchism, Communism, Whateverism. .

I'll go first:

SOVIET UNION FAILED AND IS GONE COMMUNISM DOES NOT WORK

Pisses me off, of all the sectarianism that goes on here, THEY actually think the Soviet Union was Communism and that all communists worship it..

the classic:
social stratification is an intrinsic characteristic of human society. it is like this, has always been like this and will always be like this. it's human nature.
all of which are outright lies obviously.

In order of much they get me mad from little to furious.

I hate arguments that don't say anything or show how ignorant of communism the person is
- Communism is dead
- The fall of communism
- We all know that communism didn't work
- Communism spreads the wealth

Also, statements which are the opposite from the truth
- Communists are lazy
- Communists are authoritarian/dictators
- Communist want to live off of my work

Anything that depicts WWII as between the US and Germany and completely omits anything Soviet.

From each according to their ability, to each according to their need does not work because there is no incentive to work.

This question: Do you think the Cubans will ever over throw Castro?

Che and anything Cuban Revolution were murderers.

Lastly, the one that REALLY gets me fucking pissed is when they use the term The Free World. :cursing: NOTHING IN THE FUCKING US IS FREE

Arguing that unions exacerbate scarcity while completely ignoring the very root of scarcity.

General victim-blaming and all the logical fallacies that come from it.

General "Oh it's been tried and tested and it fails", and all the logical fallacies that come from it.

General "You're just a naive teenager in angsty rebellion", and all the logical fallacies that come from it.

Contradictory logic, cognitive dissonance supported by ad hominem attacks.

Seriously, the only thing that holds their beliefs together is their societal status and clout.
