What's funny about that is that it shows the US as not being the most democratic. It gives that position to Canada, Australia, and the Nordic States. It also puts Japan (a Parliamentary Monarchy) as being completely Democratic, and calls a few European states (France and Italy) 'flawed democracies'. The reason this is funny is that the Economist Intelligence Unit that makes this is a part of the Economist Group, a US based company. :laugh:
