Die Rote Fahne

Alright, Marx has stated before that the laws of capitalist society are a result of the class struggle, and the laws reflect the will of the ruling class. He notes how these laws are in promotion of property rights and are inherently laws the oppress and cause inequality. The reasons beyond anti-social and law breaking behaviour will be eliminated in a classes society therefor promoting the idea that law withers away with the end of class society.
We all know we are law breakers here. We've, at least 90% of us, did something illegal in our lives, things which should be deemed to not create victims (victimless crime), such as downloading a movie, smoking weed, stealing something minute from a large corporation (food from walmart perhaps).
These laws are obviously made to sustain the ruling class. My question is this:
What laws do you see as purely bourgeois laws, what laws do you see as being necessary under the "dictatorship of the proletariat", and what laws do you deem legitimate to be broken? What laws do you break on a daily basis?
As well, the police, who's job is to enforce the rule of the state and enforce and protect the bourgeoisie and their laws. What of them? They are known to abuse their positions, to respond slower to a poor neighbourhood than a suburb. To discriminate against minorities. Though, they always seem to get off the hook with less than a slap on the wrist whenever they themselves break the law.
Marxists and Anarchists alike, I want your opinions here. Laws are important and the change of law can be very positive (legalize weed) or negative (patriot act). How can we overcome certain laws while under the capitalist system? What can we change prior to revolution?
An example of "law" being enforced:

I can guarantee these police will never see anything beyond a suspension. Fired at the most.
