Weaponized weather?

Obviously, practically anything promoted by Alex Jones and his conspiracy theorist cult is bullshit, but I was wondering what everyone thought of this and if, indeed, there is actual science behind this, or if we're just witnessing more pseudoscience by the likes of Alex Jones:

I didn't watch the video, but we have managed to create acid rain which is sort of a weapon.

It does seem certainly plausible. I watched the video, and what seemed different in this "weaponized weather" from what Alex Jones is usually babbling about, is that the military supposedly modified the clouds to where they gave off a lot more rain. Claiming they did this during the Vietnam war, leading to massive, deadly floods against the North Vietnamese. This is essentially a bit different from Alex Jones' bullshit theories like HAARP or Chemtrails lol.

I think it's a mastery of manipulating language and multi-media to give the impression of one solid story. It's hackery- kindergarten arts and crafts run by a professional artist.

What's sad is that these stories bury the truth. Half-truths are destructive.
