Any suggestions? Fictional or non fictional, doesn't have to be communist related but I do need a copy of Das Kapital since I lost my old one at the gym.

Jack London, The Iron Heel

Both nice works of fiction with a leftist bent.

Store nears me seems to have too many wingnut books. So lots of Ann Coulters and Becks staring back. I'm lucky if a Chomsky appears.

Oh god we have so many of those at ours, despite how "oh so hipster" the people who work there are.

But I have gotten a few good Chomsky books there.

Depending on the store, you can find a ton of good books in Half Price Books on the cheap. Rather than looking for specific books, I find the best thing to do is just check out the sections you're interested in. I've found a lot of books on history, politics, socialism, etc. that way. I was a bit surprised to find dozens of Pathfinder Press books scattered through a handful of stores over the years.

This. I've been searching around my city's downtown area and have seen lots of little coffee shops, art galleries and the like. Usually there are some bookstores around these kinds of places that offer more left type of books or even just some rare and interesting ones. Look downtown depending on where you live.
