It strikes me as entirely fitting that the Daily Mail would put a completely unproblematic fact as their headline, and the main problem which seems to be present there, namely children taking risks with online encounters (although this is only mentioned without much detail, and isn't interchangeable with simply 'interacting with strangers' online) gets a couple of sentences.
