It's fairly telling that the more specialty-trained, higher educated job requisites, the more disportionate the wage barrier.

In comparison, male and female a like, make the same starting mininum wage in an unskilled job, at for example, McDonalds; though males tend to move up from the fry vat to the male dominated and more upwardly mobile hamburger cook at an accelerated pace, leaving their female coworkers unhappily bagging Happy Meals in the dust.

Another point to remember.. they make $20,000 less but pay the same tuition fees for college and equal rates for student loans.
