No matter how humane it is, free health care for all is just not profitable. Leftists are quick to remember that, in capitalist society, profits come before people. Also, the Bush administration is so arrogant and short-sighted that they are ramming through every bit of pro-corporate, anti-human legislation they can. Thus, it is wretched to see, but sadly, I am not surprised by this move against even emergency care. What we have is another argument to destroy the capitalist system.
