Has anyone heard of Dan Eldon? I had picked up his book at borders(and I don't usually like photography books) and it is an incredible story with photographs that he took before his death. He life was exciting and his death was tragic. There was suppose to be a film starring Daniel Radcliffe (I think thats his name, the harry potter dude) but I haven't heard any news on it besides there were SUPPOSE to film in 2010. Anyways, I highly recommend this book.

If you don't keep journals like that please do. For your family and friends. Hey so we should create a thread and keep it running about scrap booking, journaling and such. I've got a lot of resources I could share (links I've discovered and found inspirational or instructive) I think it could help some people out.

Yeah please do... That sounds like a really interesting project! I'm not much of journal "writer" per-say, but I think drawings, art, and photos is a much more creative way to show whats on your mind. That is really why I liked the book and the website as it illustrates his life in a purely artistic form.

Also, heres a brief video a bit on his life and how he died. Very tragic, but kind of leaves you feeling good at the same time knowing what he stood for.
