A question for Luxemburgists

Do Luxemburgist believe in a workers state or go straight to a stateless society?

For the Communist left ('Luxemburgism' included) The Dictatorship of the Proletariat is seen as a phase prior to Socialism, it's goal being to revolutionize the means of production and dismantle the bourgeois state. The DOTP isn't considered a 'workers' state, socialism is seen as a stateless and marketless post-capitalist society.

Neither Luxemburg nor those claiming to be her followers were part of the Communist Left. I'm not so sure about discussing some kind of homogenous tendency in terms of theory and organisation whose line of descent can be traced from Luxemburg myself. On the one hand there are 'Luxemburgist' groups with similar positions to Council Communists, and on the other hand it was the 'Luxemburgist' Paul Levi who expelled the KPD Left which became the KAPD.

I'm aware of the fact that 'Luxemburgism' is in fact something quite separated from the actual positions of Luxemburg herself (particularly in regards to Lenin and the Bolsheviks), but like you said a lot of self proclaimed Luxemburgists represent left communist positions.
