reading that thread that AK47 posted, it is fair to say that most of those who answered would gladly allow the deaths of those perhaps not so guilty to remove Bush. Fair enough.
but suppose that instead, Bush dies whenever you decide to die? What then. If by removing yourself you could save all of those <thousands or millions, I can't remeber> who you would remove a 100 others out of the way to save. Would you do it?
