Okay. If society was run by a series of Worker's Councils, my only concern would be this:

1. People claim that if a problem really arisen in some society, like if Workers hoarded everything they produced, the community would take care of it. Who/What is the "Community"?

2. They also say that "If the person doesn't help provide something for society, he gets nothing back in return. Who actually distributes it to people? and how do they know if the person actually does help society?

Why do you think they would "Hoard" everything they produce. The community is the people. I don't see what your asking.

That person's peers will decide whether he is doing anything. I am talking about Decentralized communes here.

People around you would notice you aren't doing shit, and probably refuse to distribute goods to you.

And, who distributes the goods?

Well, people have jobs, they take the goods and put them in 'stores'.

Just like now.
