Jet Lag

Every time I go back home to the States and then come back to Israel, Palestine, or wherever Jet Lag hits me like a bag of fucking bricks.

Any tips on how to deal with it? Yesterday I slept for 17 hours only to see the sun going down at 17:00. :|

Yea, Jet Lag is a pain in the ass.
If you can get your hands on melatonin pills for when you go to sleep, that would be great. But sometimes that can get expensive. Stay out in the sun during the day and get some exercise. Also, drink a lot of water.
