I believe that the free market which a lot of people are part of will slowly lead to an economy which the workers control the means of production.

The so called free market is just one type of capitalism among several. Far from workers coming to control the means of production. capital is becoming increasingly concentrated in the hands of the few. Evidence? There is plenty of that around. Try for example
percent (http://www.osjspm.org/101_wealth.aspx#9)
I suggest you rethink your core assumptions

In a unregulated unfascistic system, the workers can buy the company/factory. But alas the system of the free market in most of the world is fascistic. I am anti-fascistic, but alas pro free market. America is not a Free market, for it is heavily regulated, only the big corporations get power via lobbyists, which is forced via regulation which the politicians push for. Regulation forces business to work with government which is fascism, as there was private property in Nazi Germany/Fascistic but it was heavily regulated.

Then welcome! I recommend you spend some time in learning before you venture into the rest of the forum. It's where most people start. :)

My idea could be properly stated as this
employee owned corps, where each employee owns a share and gets dividends. Encourages personal investment and productivity, and allows them to direct the business.

so you ARE a reformist. it kind of sounds like you are a little liberal too. no offense though I was a hippie before I got into radical politics.

Your thinking seems very strange and incoherent, and not leftist. The idea that the free market will eventually improve the lives of workers isn't leftism or even reformism, its trickle-down reganomics.
