Like if you were to enter a debate on the healthcare issue, what would the standard argument be if you are an anarcho-communist?

Mmm, that's not a real argument per se. Mine is that people should not be deprived the right to life, and that if healthcare was truly universal than the number of deaths caused by preventable diseases (coming from inability to afford proper medical care) would deplete greatly.
