A quick Google search turns up this reproduction (http://www.collectrussia.com/DISPITEMWINDOW.HTM?ITEM=18171). There are a few sites like this that specialise in Soviet memorabilia. Otherwise eBay might be worth checking out

The Axis History Forum, http://forum.axishistory.com/index.php, has memorabilia experts concerning everything. Just remember, it's pretty apolitical, concentrating more on World War II history, in every aspect. I know the Soviet piece you want isn't necessarily a military accolade, but I think AHF would be the best place to ask around concerning it. Hope it helps.
