No I don't think it takes away anything from their news coverage In comparison with TV news here in the UK they're pretty unbiased.I remember them doing a piece on Trotskyist groups and that's something you would'nt get on mainstream news here.They also did a great documentary on the Mai lai massacre showing the atrocities done by the US military.

Yeah they have a Russian bias but in terms of their worldwide reports and documentaries I think they're fair.I'd rather watch RT and Al-Jazeera rather than the crap that comes out of the BBC and Sky News here in the UK.

The problems with alternate news channels like RussiaToday and PressTV is that while they are Anti-Imperialist, they or their viewers occasionally go into the schizophrenic "Jews control the banks, ZIONIST CONSPIRICY!" "US IZ FASCIST" and "NWO" shit that plagues today's right-wing.
