Warner Bros., Sony BMG, EMI, and Universal have been SUED by a group of Canadian artists for using tracks for commercial purposes, without permission or payment. They settled the lawsuit for $45 Million. :tt2:

I don't know. I didn't read the press release, just the article. I assume it was probably $45 Million all together though.
