Hello comrades,

So i've been trying to learn more about different communist tendencies. IS there anywhere in the forum that breaks them all down? And can anyone tell me about what appears to be more minor tendencies, such as titoism and castroism? thank you all.

If you go the Revleft groups section, in the tendency category (http://www.revleft.com/vb/group.php?cat=3) there is a list of different groups for different tendencies where you can ask people about their perspectives and so on.

If you're asking, as the thread title suggests, specifically about Marxist tendencies, you could also look on Wikipedia. I don't usually suggest just reading Wikipedia articles on things, but still:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marxist#Variants

Of course it doesn't list anything like all the tendencies, but these are some of the various tendencies within Marxism alone, and most of the other ones could be classed as derivatives of these basic variants. Even just reading the introduction to the article about each variation should hopefully give you a head start, to then look a little further into each tendency, and ask people here for specific information about the tendencies you're most interested in! :)

Many of these, along with particular currents within all the sections of the Left, would vary quite a lot from country to country, and city to city. I'm not aware of any Titoist groups in the Anglo-American sphere -- the only approximation I can think of is Pabloism, of which I think thre is some small international current...

The American SWP is the only real Castroist group I can think of, but many of us from other parts of the Marxist Left give full respect to both the Cuban Revolution and Castro himself.
