As most of you comrades may know, the health care law that was passed last spring is under attack. It was recently declared unconstitutional and republicans have vowed to repeal it. My question is should this be repealed , so that we can fight for universal single-payer health care system or shud we at this moment just be happy with this since its probably the best "reform" we are going to get?

It's really not much of a reform.

the law doesnt go into full effect until 2014 and if its repealed it would basically just maintain the status quo.
the reform itself was shit.
being forced to buy private insurance is no where near socialism.

I agree with Rusty. It was an awful reform that will hurt workers more than anything.

Not to be a pessimist, but if it's repealed, it may give us a sooner shot at universal single-payer healthcare. The law that was passed was a joke, and I have no clue how even liberals supported it. Forcing 40 million people into buying privatized insurance, especially without any caps or regulations, is about right-wing and corporate-friendly as you can get.

question, is that mandate to buy private insurance corporatist or Keynesian?

I would say corporatist.
