I found this article whilst browsing around the EOS (http://eoslife.eu/)site and followed the link.

What do you think about these ideas?

Here is the article/charter in full.

In this year, 2010, our personal freedoms, biodiversity and biosphere have become greatly endangered by our continued mismanagement of resources and waste. This charter aims to correct these mistakes by replacing our current cultural values with a few simple principles. We hope these measures will help preserve and prosper our species, our environment and our future.

All life shall be cherished, respected and allowed the freedom to flourish.
Every person recognises our interdependence with all forms of organic life and the environment, and our mutual reliance on each other for survival.
Every person accepts the commonality and equality of all humans.
All inanimate, physical and energy resources within our influence shall be the common ownership of all people, and duly allocated according to the needs of the community and environment.
Every person recognises the finiteness of our resources, and respects the necessity for minimal consumption and waste.
Every person shall be entitled to live a free and fulfilling life without subordination to any other person, while accepting the collective needs of the community and environment as greater than his own.
Every person shall be entitled to the basic requirements of a healthy sustainable life, compassion, privacy, freedom of expression and the highest standards of education, healthcare and technology, without debt or obligation.
Every person is encouraged to participate in the welfare and growth of the community and to share their unique skills and ideas.
Every persons accepts the wisdom of group arbitration in matters of dispute, and pledges to abide by any such arbitrated resolutions.
Every person accepts our collective responsibility to persons yet unborn, and to maintain a diverse and sustainable biosphere for future generations to enjoy.

Looks like a restatement of the principles of Green politics.

That is actually not published by EOS, but by a user who wanted us to sign that charter. We discussed it and arrived to the conclusion that we wouldn't sign it for the moment.

What were the reasons? (If it's okay to discuss that here...)

These were the reasons. It does not have anything to do with principles, but rather how the young proto-technate would be able to expand if we would need to put our ideas under popular review from other groups which may not share our ways of doing things or our outlook and goals. Our decisions are not reached by voting.

I was wondering if RevLeft could come up with a similar type of thing or work some principles.

No.2 Every person recognises our interdependence with all forms of organic life and the environment, and our mutual reliance on each other for survival.

Is something that's very important in my opinion- considering we now have birds dropping dead out of the sky and so much pollution etc...

Won't happen, because Revleft is not a political organisation.
