Anyone catch the Dickinson reference? You did? Cool.

So I'm gonna be cliche and lame and answer the questions from the introductions guide exactly as they appear.

- I'm from the Southern United States, which is the most conservative region of the country. My city is more "blue" than most, but there aren't many leftists. I only know two others at my college.

- Eh, I'm not all that concerned with branches, but the one I identify with most is anarcho-syndicalism, but I honestly support most any ideology that seeks to abolish capitalism.

- In my "Intro to Literary Studies" class my freshman year of college, we learned about Marxist literary criticism. It was my first introduction to it outside of typical American high school education (the classic "socialism is a good idea on paper..." thing). I looked into it a bit further, emailed the World Socialist Movement and asked for more information. Two weeks later, a packet came in the mail with a shit ton of reading material. Rest is history.

So I'll be hanging out for awhile. I like music, postmodern literature (a college student who likes postmodern literature, how rare I am), and poke'mon. OK, it's 4:30am here. Goodnight.
