With a bunch of friends at their place in Bondi. We went for dinner, had a few drinks, saw the fireworks from a hill and put some black adder on until we fell asleep. It was a decent NYE.

I didn't drink that much but it was sparkling wine. I've found that it besides another -- happier, joyful -- type of intoxication also, unfortunately, creates a more annoying hangover with extra headache. As soon as I become a human being again to the degree that I can muster the energy to shower and get dressed, I'm going to go to the local restaurant and eat something extremely greasy and unhealthy.
